| Abstract: | In this paper, the effects of temperature on precision measurement are described, and the disadvantages of traditional error formula of temperature are pointed out Based on these, we introduce the ways to improve the correction precision of temperature error, and carry out a kind of new experimental setup for temperature measurement with high accuracy. |
