上海M50创意产业园的使用后评价研究

该文以上海发展较成熟的创意产业园M50为例,采用使用后评价（POE）的研究方法,通过问卷调查、自由访谈和量化分析的方法,对产业园内外环境进行了综合评价。从调查结果可以看出,M50创意产业园在使用上存在着交通的可达性较差,绿化景观和公共休息设施不足,标识系统不够完善及室内采光较弱等问题,且使用者在这些方面的满意度也较低。此外,该文进一步探讨和揭示产生这些问题的原因,并尝试提出符合使用者需求的设计建议,为今后创意产业园区的建设提供一定的参考依据。

Research on Post Occupancy Evaluation of Creative Industry Park M50 in Shanghai

This paper took creative industry park M50 as an object to do some comprehensive evaluation of its internal and external environment by the method of the post occupancy evaluation（POE）,such as questionnaires,interviews and statistics.Through the analysis,it is found that M50 still exists the problems of poor transport accessibility,lack of green landscape and public rest facilities,inadequate identif ication systems and the weak indoor lighting.It also reflects the user＇s lower satisfaction in these aspects.In addition,this study has further explored the reasons for the above problems and tries to make some proposals in design to meet the users＇ requirement for the future construction of creative industrial park.
