6种杀菌剂对斑马鱼急性毒性评价及中毒症状观察

采用静态试验法测定了嘧菌酯、醚菌酯、戊菌唑、戊唑醇、氟环唑、氟硅唑6种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类和三唑类杀菌剂对斑马鱼处理96 h后的急性毒性,并观察其中毒症状,评价其对环境的安全性.结果表明,斑马鱼对不同药剂中毒症状表现各异；12.5％氟环唑悬浮剂对斑马鱼的LC50值为13.911 mg/L,为低毒；50％嘧菌酯水分散粒剂、50％醚菌酯水分散粒剂、20％戊菌唑水乳剂、25％戊唑醇水乳剂、20％氟硅睦可湿性粉剂对斑马鱼毒性的LC50值分别为1.746、1.003、3.306、6.405和2.348 mg/L,均为中毒.由此得出结论:12.5％氟环唑悬浮剂在水田施用安全,其他5种药剂在水田及附近应谨慎施用.

The Acute Toxicity Assessment on Zebra fish of Six Fungicides and Poisoning Symptoms Observation

Using the static method to test six fungicides acute toxicity of 96 hours on zebra fish,the six fungicides are azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl,penconazole,tebuconazole,epoxiconazole and flusilazole.They belong to strobilurins and triazoles.In this experiment,we observed the poisoning symptoms and evaluated the safety to environment.The results show that zebra fish has different symptoms of poisoning after treated by different fungicides;the LC₅₀ of 12.5%epoxiconazole SC is 13.911 mg/L,it is belong to low toxicity;the rest of five fungicides 50%azoxystrobin WG(LC₅₀= 1.746 mg/L),50%kresoxim-methyl WG(LC₅₀=1.003 mg/L),20%penconazole EW(LC₅₀=3.306 mg·L^-1),25%tebuconazole EW(LC₅₀=6.405 mg·L^-1),20%flusilazole WP(LC₅₀=2.348 mg·L^-1) belong to medium toxicity.As a conclusion,12.5%epoxiconazole SC is security in paddy fields,the other five fungicides should be used carefully.
