石油化工污水深度处理与回用的研究进展

摘    要:石油化工企业污水经过物理预处理,生化二级处理后仍含有难降解的微溶有机污染物、悬浮物、油等杂质,必须经过深度处理才能达到回用水质标准,实现污水回用,解决石化厂用水量大、水资源短缺的问题。简要介绍国内外石化污水回用现状,重点介绍了国内外石化污水深度处理的常用方法,分析了这些方法在石化污水深度处理中的优缺点,以及需要改进的方面,并展望了一些新型处理技术在石化污水深度处理中的应用前景。

Abstract:A small amount of slightly soluble organic impurities, suspended solids and oil still remained after petrochemical wastewater was disposed by physical pretreatment and secondary treatment of biochemistry. In order to reuse the effluent and solve the problem of large amount of water consumption and shortage of water resources in petrochemical industry, the effluent must achieve advanced treatment. The domestic and foreign reuse actuality of petrochemical wastewater was introduced in briefly. Some domestic and foreign advanced treatments commonly used in petrochemical wastewater disposal were presented. The disadvantages and advantages of these technologies were analyzed and some aspects to be improved were presented. A few new processing technologies and their applications were also prospected.
