机载稳像光电平台动态检测设备研究

摘    要:本文以我所研制的某型机载平台的实际检测需求为出发点,从理论上论证了进行电视跟踪误差、红外跟踪误差、电视跟踪器捕获性能、红外跟踪器对飞行目标自动捕获性能等指标进行动态检测的实现方法和基本原理。分析了以模拟地物目标进行动态精度检测的可行性。本文结合现有的工程实际与工艺水平重点研究了地物目标模仿真器(—动态精度检测的核心测试设备)的工程化原理与设计思路,并进行了三维建摸实践,分析了仪器的综合设计精度,对其中的关键组件—摩擦传动器的设计过程进行了介绍。本文不仅为机载光电稳像平台的动态检测提供了一种新的检测与标定方法,并完成了其核心检测设备的研制方案论证,还为类似的地基光电探测平台的检测提供了一种参考方法,为类似检测设备的研制提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The article researched based on a requirement of testing for Opto-electronic Reconnaissance Platforms of the institute. We expound and proved the principle of testing method for platform dynamic capacity. Moreover, the article analyzed the possibility of application of new equipment for dynamic testing. The author researched about the principle and design ideal of the new equipment based on the existing technology standard. Followed, we talk about the key parts of the new equipment, which based on the friction transmission principle .The article analyzed the error of the design and real process course. At last, we catch the conclusion and the real three-dimension designing. The whole conclusions of the researchment offered a new thinking for similarly testament of air-load platform in laboratory condition.
