乙酸浆TCF漂白的初步探讨

摘    要:对三倍体毛白杨乙酸浆进行了TCF漂白的初步研究,发现与其他浆种比较,乙酸原浆具有较低的白度;乙酸浆进行氧脱木素时需要高的碱用量才能得到低的卡伯值,进行碱预处理可以降低氧脱木素段的碱用量,避免纸浆粘度较大程度的降低;并研究了漂白前后纸浆物理强度的变化。乙酸浆氧脱木素较佳的碱用量为4%~5%,经EOPP漂序漂白后白度达到70%ISO左右。

Abstract:TCF bleaching of Populus tomentosa acetosolv pulps was studied. The results show that unbleached acetosolv pulps have low brightness compared with other pulps, oxygen delignification of acetosolv pulps needs higher NaOH charge, and alkali pretreatment of acetosolv pulps could reduce the consumption of NaOH in oxygen delignification and avoid the serious drop in pulp viscosity. Change in physical properties of acetosolv pulps was also studied. It is found that the optimal NaOH charge will be 4%-5% in oxygen delignification of acetosolv pulps, with the brightness of about 70%ISO through EOPP bleaching process.
