摘    要:针对某烧结厂的烧结过程,建立了基于风箱废气温度的烧结终点软测量模型.提出了基于多元模糊线性回归方法的烧结终点预测模型,在此基础上设计了基于模糊专家规则与预测前馈补偿的烧结终点智能控制系统.介绍了控制系统的组成与设计方法.系统的实际运行取得了较好的控制效果.

Abstract:For the iron ore sintering process in a sintering plant, this paper establishes a soft-sensor measurement model of burning through point by exploiting the bellow temperature. A method for predicting the burning through point is proposed which employs the method of multiple fuzzy linear regressions. As a result, an intelligent control system for burning through point is designed based on fuzzy expert rules with forecast feed-forward compensation. The constitution and design method of the control system is presented, which has got excellent control results in practical applications.
