摘    要:提出了面向绿色制造的工艺种类选择的总体要求和应遵循的五项基本原则,建立绿色工艺种类的评价指标体系和评价矩阵,并采用理想点法模糊处理技术,对工艺种类的选择进行量化分析和计算.以某一零件的毛坯成形工艺种类的选择为例进行了说明.其方法便于计算机处理,具有实用性.

Abstract:The general demand and the five fundamental principles to be complied in the process category choice for green manufacturing are present.The indicator system and related matrix model for the evaluate of green process category are build.By applying fuzzy theory technology of ideal point method,process category choice can be analyzed and calculated quantitatively.A case study is presented to show that this method is practical and convenient for computer to deal with.
