摘    要:旋风分离器是一种成本低、效率高、可靠性高的颗粒和液滴捕集设备,它的可靠性在于没有运动部件,而且能在非常恶劣的操作环境下运行。旋风分离器被广泛的用于轻工业和重工业既可以设计成分级器;又可以设计成分离器。本文通过分析不同的旋风分离器模型,得到结构尺寸与流量之间的关系。

Abstract:The cyclone separator is one of the most efficient and robust dust and mist collectors available for the cost. Its robustness is largely the result of its lack of moving parts and ability to withstand harsh operating environments. Cyclones are applied in both heavy and light industrial applications and may be designed as either classifiers or separators. This text got a relation between physical dimension and flow through analyses different Gas - cyclones models.
