摘    要:快速成形 (RP)发展的重心已转向快速制造 (RM)。RP技术与铸造工艺结合产生的快速铸造 (QC)是 RM的主要研究领域之一。本文介绍了基于 RP工艺的直接铸型制造的工艺方法 ,对其成形精度、效率、适用范围和主要特点进行了分析比较 ,指出直接铸型制造工艺是实现铸造过程的自动化、柔性化、敏捷化的重要途径。 PCM工艺具有独特的优越性 ,应用前景广阔

Abstract:The focus on the development of rapid prototyping(RP) has changed into rapid manufacturing(RM). Quick casting generated by combining RP technology with casting technology is one of major research fields of RM. Several methods to produce direct casting mold manufacturing based on RP are introduced and compared in forming precision, efficiency, application range and main features. The paper points out that the methods are the important ways in achieving the casting process automation, flexibility and agility. The PCM(Patternless Casting Modeling) technique has its own advantages and broad future.
