基于ANSYS单元表的康明斯柴油机连杆疲劳分析

摘    要:利用PRO/E建立了连杆组件的复杂三维有限元分析模型,然后将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中分析疲劳问题;提出了一种方便有效的计算安全系数的方法,即利用ANSYS软件中的单元表(elementtable)来计算出各单元的疲劳安全系数,据此得出整个连杆的疲劳安全系数,并以云图的方式显示在构件上,以便于查询。

Abstract:In this paper, the assembling model of the connecting rod is built with the 3-D modelling software Pro/E. Then analyse the fatigue problem through introducing the model into the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Finally, we bring forward a more efficient method to evaluate the reliability of a connecting rod. Through the element table in the ANSYS software, all of the elements fatigue safety factor can be calculated, moreover, it can be demonstrated with contour curves, and it can also be queried easily.
