摘    要:空塔气速分布,支撑板、挡板、漩流板的压降及塔的总压降是湍球塔最基本的特性参数,反映出塔板结构的合理性及操作过程中所需消耗的能量。文中用计算流体力学软件Fluent进行湍球塔的空塔全尺寸数值模拟,与实验数据进行对比得到较好的效果,为湍球塔结构的优化设计找到一种准确、经济又快捷的方法。

Abstract:s velocity distribution, pressure loss of supporting board, bar board and foam removal board and the total pressure loss of empty turbulent contact absorber (TCA) are the most fundamental characteristic parameters of TCA, which reflect the rationality of TCA structure and the energy consumed during operation. The full scale numerical simulation of empty TCA was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent, the contrast with the experimental data showed that the simulation result was good; an accurate economic and prompt method was found out for the optimized design of TCA structure.
