低温共烧微波带通滤波器的设计

摘    要:为实现移动通信中滤波器的小型化、高品质化的要求,利用Ansoft HFSS软件,采用LTCC湿法工艺,设计和制作了中心频率为2.45 GHz,带宽为100 MHz的叠层带通滤波器。最终加工得到了满足蓝牙模块要求的滤波器样品,与仿真结果比较,二者一致性良好。

Abstract:In order to meet the miniature requirement and high quality in mobile communication,a bandpass filter was designed and optimized by Ansoft HFSS.The filter was made by LTCC wet tape technology.Finally,the prototype which can be used in blue-tooth device was manufactured and its characteristics match very well with simulated results.
