摘    要:针对影响混凝土材料抗冻耐久性因素的复杂性及重要度的难以确定性等特征,选取甘肃景泰川电力提灌灌区为研究区,以室内快速冻融试验为基础,基于可拓层次分析法,确定了影响混凝土材料耐久性的粉煤灰、矿粉、硫酸盐、碳化等因素重要度,并将计算结果与试验结果进行对比验证.结果表明:四个影响因素中,权重系数依次为粉煤灰(0.380)>碳化(0.341)>矿粉(0.236)>硫酸盐(0.043),即内在因素对混凝土材料耐久性的整体影响大于外在因素的整体影响;粉煤灰的添加对混凝土的抗冻有一定不利影响,矿粉的添加对混凝土的抗冻性能略有提高;碳化及硫酸盐侵蚀加速了混凝土耐久性的损失,且碳化天数越长、硫酸盐浓度越大越为不利.相关研究可为混凝土材料配合比的优化及设计提供有益参考.

Abstract:In view of the complexity and uncertainty of the importance of factors affecting the durability of concrete materials,the Gansu Jingtai Sichuan electric pumping irrigation area was selected, by indoor rapid freeze-thaw test and considered about influential factors, such as fly ash, mineral powder, sulfate and carbonization.Based on extension analytic hierarchy process(EAHP), the calculated results were compared with the experimental results.The results show that the weight coefficients are as follows: fly ash(0.380)>carbonization(0.341)>mineral powder(0.236)>sulfate(0.043), which is internal factors on the durability of concrete is greater than the overall influence of external factors.The addition of fly ash has some unfavorable influence on the frost resistance of concrete and the addition of mineral powder increases slightly, carbonation and sulfate corrosion accelerated durability of concrete damage,and the longer the days of carbonization and the concentration of sulphate is more unfavorable. The relevant research can provide a useful reference for the optimization and design of mix proportion of concrete materials.
