| 摘 要： | 本文对目前我国的普通高等院校工程教育的模式进行了探讨 ,结合本校的专业特色 ,提出了工程教育与师资队伍培养的几点设想 ,并就培养土木工程类师资队伍在改革目标、改革内容、关键问题和实施方案、实施路线方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this article, the model of engineering education is discussed used nowadays in ordinary colleges and universities in China. Combined with the specialty characteristic of Anhui Institute of Architectural and Industry, some tentative plans are put forward for engineering education and teaching staff cultivation. Some study has been made on aspects such as reform objective, reform methods, key issues, implemental scheme and implemental route for cultivating teaching staff of civil engineering. |
