摘    要:双脉冲MIG焊在进行高效铝焊接的同时可获得美观的鱼鳞纹焊缝表面.在单脉冲稳定焊接的基础上,针对自行开发的双脉冲MIG焊逆变电源,分别改变电流、高频频率、低频频率、焊接速度,进行双脉冲焊接铝合金的试验研究.结果表明,强弱脉冲峰值电流和高频频率对焊接过程的稳定性和飞溅有较大的影响,强弱脉冲峰值电流相差40 A,高频频率250 Hz时焊缝成形好.在一定范围内,焊缝鱼鳞纹宽度与低频频率、焊接速度直接相关.具体而言,焊缝鱼鳞纹宽度随着低频频率的提高而减小,随着焊接速度的提高而增大,并根据统计规律得出了一个经验公式,用以定量反映这种变动关系.当焊接速度与低频频率比值为0.19~0.30时,鱼鳞纹宽度在2~3 mm之间,焊接效果较好.
