| 摘 要： | 分析了机械强度计算方法中采用的安全系数法存在的问题 ,运用应力—强度干涉理论 ,详细分析了可靠性与机械安全系数的关系 ,给出了相应的计算公式 .通过示例 ,表明基于可靠性的机械安全系数设计方法是符合实际的 .

| Abstract: | The problems existing in design of mechanical safety factor for machine intensity calculation, are analyzed. The relationship between traditional safety factor and the reliability is analyzed in detail, applying interference theory of stress_intensity. The corresponding formula is given. The example calculation shows that the design of mechanical safety factor based on reliability coincides with practice. |
