摘    要:在固体酸催化剂存在下,对气相合成N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮进行了研究,对不同来源和制备条件的γ-Al2O3和硅酸镁(MgO-SiO2)催化体系进行了比较。结果表明γ-Al2O3催化活性较低;硅酸铁活性较高,且其催化活性取决于MgO的含量。推荐MgO含量为14.0%(m)的MgO-SiO2催化剂。研究了该催化剂的反应温度、停留时间对产物收率的影响。在推荐的催化体系和工艺参数条件下,收率可达94%。

Abstract:This paper involves a process for preparing N--methyl--2--pyrrolidone (NMP)by condensation of y--butyrolactone with methylamine. Synthesis of NMP was carried out in vapor phase, under atmospheric pressure in the presence of some solid acid catalysts.Catalytic activities of Y--Al,O, were compared with those of magnesium silicate(MgO--SiO,).It is found that the catalytic activity of magnesium silicate depends upon the MgO content. In particular,for MgO--SiO2 system in which the content of MgO is about 14 %(m),the effects of the reaction temperature and the contact time on the yield are studied.Under the above--mentioned recommended catalytic system and process parameters the yield of NMP is 94%.
