增速型调速液力偶合器滑动轴承失效故障研究

摘    要:滑动轴承是增速型调速液力偶合器的关键零件,本文针对以往发生的滑动轴承失效这一故障模式进行了分析和总结,找出了常见的16条原因,然后对故障原因进行了技术攻关,制定了相应的15条有效的处理措施,并实施应用于增速型调速液力偶合器设计生产中,取得了显著的效果,并对滑动轴承失效进行了故障树分析。

Abstract:Plain bearing is the key part of the speed-up type bydraulic couplings with speed control. By analyzing and summarizing the failure of plain bearing, we have found sixteen common causes, and respectively drawn out fifteen effective measures applying to the design and production of the hydraulic couplings with making remarkable results. Also, Failure tree analysis is carried out.
