泵送高强轻集料混凝土的研究

摘    要:针对高强轻集料混凝土泵送施工的特点,采用粉煤灰和高效减水剂复掺技术配制出了混凝土抗压强度高达CL50,初始坍落度大于20cm、扩展度大于50cm,60min坍落度大于18cm的轻集料混凝土,并成为应用于桥面铺装工程。

Abstract:It is difficult to pump Light weight Aggregate Concrete(LWAC),especially for the High strength LWAC.Therefore, the problems of pumping LWAC are resolved successfully through mixing up fly ash and superplasticizer.This technology is also applied to the Caidian Hanjiang river bridge project.
