摘    要:压力管线开孔接管和补强结构作为管道系统中常用的结构方式,在石化领域广泛应用.在对国内外开孔补强设计的主要原则进行分析后,对几种常用的补强方式进行了对比研究,主要包括补强板、补强管和焊台补强三种形式.对某储气库中各种工况下应用的各种开孔补强方式进行了实例分析,最终确定了该工程各种工况下适用的开孔补强方式,对其他工程具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:As commonly used structure in piping system,nozzle in pressurized pipeline and its reinforcement are widely applied in petrochemical industry.Based on the analysis of main limit principle for reinforcement supplied in the standards in home and abroad, several reinforcement configurations,including reinforcing pad,reinforcing nozzle and welded flange,were compared and studied. The practical analysis for every reinforcement configurations which can be used in various working conditions in gas storage was carried out,and the appropriate reinforcement configuration which is suitable for every condition was determined.What presented herein can be used as reference in other engineering projects.
