摘    要:基于湿硫化氢腐蚀原理,将其分为硫化物应力腐蚀开裂型和氢致开裂型;然后提出了这两种腐蚀发生的条件和腐蚀机理,并分别讨论了材料因素、环境因素等对两种腐蚀的影响;最后指出了这两种不同湿硫化氢腐蚀环境下选材的具体要求.

Abstract:Based on corrosion principle of wet H2S,wet H2S corrosion environments are divided into two kinds of corrosion services,sulfide stress cracking(SSCC) and hydrogen induced cracking(HIC).In this article,the conditions and mechanisms for these two corrosions were proposed,and the factors of material and environment to the corrosions were discussed.Finally,the concrete requirements for selected material used in these two wet H2S environments were proposed.
