小径薄壁管环缝用超声波探头的研制

摘    要:研制的小径薄壁管超声波探头具有足够灵敏度,小于2.5 mm的始波占宽、短前沿(≤5 mm)、分辨力高、杂波少、表面波分量少,适宜于小径薄壁管道对接环焊缝的超声定量检测.探头通过试用与验证,符合实际需要,取得良好效果,基本解决了在役薄壁管超声波检测代替射线检测的难题.

Abstract:The ultrasonic wave probe for small diameter thin wall pipe mentioned in this article has the characteristics of enough sensibility,narrow starting wave(< 2.5 mm),short edge(≤5 mm),high resolution,less clutter and less surface wave component. This probe is suitable for ultrasonic quantitative inspection of hoop butt weld in small diameter thin wall pipe.After trial application and verification,it has been concluded that the probe conforms to practical requirements,and by using it good effect was obtained and the problems existed in substitution of ultrasonic wave inspection for radiology inspection have also been solved.
