大型LNG单容罐保冷结构设计及绝热验算

摘    要:对大型液化天然气储罐的绝热保冷材料及其保冷结构进行了详细的研究,提出了用于LNG储罐的保冷材料所应具有的性能及LNG储罐保冷结构特点,并以一台10 000 m~3LNG单容罐的保冷设计为例,验证其自然漏热量和日蒸发率,为大型LNG储罐保冷设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Insulation material and structure for large liquefied natural gas (LNG) tank were studied in detail. The characteristics which are necessary for insulation materials and structure for LNG tank were proposed in this paper. Exampled with the design for 10 000 m3 LNG tank with single containment, the heat leakage and evaporation rate for one day were checked, with which the base for design of large LNG tank was presented.
