容器夹套形式选择的探讨

摘    要:常用的容器夹套形式主要有整体式夹套、带螺旋导流板式整体夹套以及半圆管夹套。通过比较这三种夹套形式的结构特点,以一个设计实例分析,结合容器的强度、刚度计算结果,得出如下结论:针对大直径及夹套压力较高的设备,合理选择容器夹套形式,对节材、节能、降耗有着重要影响。

Abstract:Common jacket types used jacketed vessels are conventional jacket, conventional jacket with spiral plate and half-pipe jacket. Compared with the structural features in these three jackets, and with the analysis of one practical engineering example, and based on the calculation of strength and stiffness for the vessel, it was concluded that with respect to large diameter vessel with high pressure in jacket, it will have important influence to properly select jacket type on material and energy saving.
