蒸压加气混凝土超声波速与强度的关系探讨

摘    要:蒸压加气混凝土是一种轻质多孔混凝土,结构特点是无粗、细骨料,体内均匀分布着大量闭合小气孔.使用超声无损检测的方法,对5组不同尺寸的蒸压加气混凝土试件进行超声波测试,同时做了抗压强度试验.探讨了超声波速与蒸压加气混凝土试件尺寸和抗压强度之间的关系,并通过回归分析得出了抗压强度与超声波速之间的函数关系式.

Abstract:Autoclaved aerated concrete is a kind of light and porous concrete.The structure characteristic is that there is no thick or thin aggregates,and there are many little bubbles distributing evenly in the body.This kind of low intensity concrete masonry unit was applied gradually in big cities and the small towns' buildings not only as heat preservation and packing wall but also as load-bearing walls material.This paper used ultrasonic and nondestructive method,tested plenty of groups of samples,at the same time,performed compressive strength test.Knew the supersonic wave velocity with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks size and the compressive strength are related,and obtained the compressive strength-supersonic wave velocity function relationship through the regression analysis.
