| 摘 要： | 煤位的控制是双进双出钢球磨煤机自动化控制的重要一环。煤位控制原理就是对磨煤机筒体内煤位高度进行连续测量,并将测得煤位信号与设定值比较处理后反馈至给煤机,从而达到控制给煤速度的目的。并将压差和电耳在实际应用中,对其各自特点及适用范围作了详细说明。

| Abstract: | The control of coal level is an important link in the automatic control of double-in & double-out coal ball mill.The principle of coal level control is to measure the height of the coal within the cylinder of coal mill constantly and feedback the information to the mill after comparing coal signal with set point so as to control the rate of coal feeding.The features and the applied scope of the differential pressure and electric ears in practical application have detailed been described in the paper. |
