| 摘 要： | 论文在分析与研究城市建设档案管理信息系统现状基础上设计并实现了一种适应信息化时代的城市建设档案管理系统。通过采用多层架构及组件对象模型进行系统架构的设计,应用组件式GIS实现了基于空间位置的城建档案管理,采用空间数据库技术实现城建档案图属数据一体化管理、应用WebGIS技术实现了城市建设档案管理信息的网络发布与利用,采用工作流技术,使系统的结构灵活,可根据需要构建或调整城建档案业务管理工作流程,确定不同岗位的业务工作内容和数据使用权限。在应用上述技术基础上设计并实现了新一代的基于GIS的城建档案管理系统。从有关专家的论证及系统在应用示范验证发现,该文提出的基于GIS的城市建设档案管理信息系统的技术与设计方案是先进和可行的,并能适应信息化时代城建档案管理的需求。 |

| Abstract: | This paper designs and realizes a new architecture for urban construction archives management information system based on analysing and studying the current situation of urban construction archives management information system.The paper designs and implements GIS-based urban construction archives management information system adopting multi-layer architecture and COM modle technology,using spatial database technology to store and manage spatial data and attribute data,using workflow technology to make system flexible,using WebGIS technology to publish urban construction information on Internet.The technologies and architecture have been proved to be advanced and feasible by the experts' examination and the system's performance. |
