柴油机喷油泵凸轮轴转速波动的特征分析

摘    要:喷油量反馈技术是柴油机由开环MAP图控制向闭环反馈控制发展所必须解决的重要课题,目前柴油机的喷油量无法实现实时闭环控制是因为同有找到一个信号合适,成本低廉,处理简单的反馈途径,本文对喷油泵凸轮轴的地转速进行了测量,建立了凸轮轴的单个自由度的弹性扭转振动模型,并从时域和频域对凸轮轴瞬时转速的波动特征进行了分析。在PPVI电控喷射系统的基础上,对瞬时转速与喷油泵的泵腔压力以及瞬时转速的波动幅值和喷油量

Abstract:Fuel quantity feedback technique is one of the key issue to realize close-loop control fordiesel engines. Currently no way has been found with suitable signal, low cost and simple algorithm tofeedback fuel quantity, in particular, the cylinder by cylinder fuel quantity. This paper presents a newsignal-momentary speed of fuel pump camshaft. The precise measurment of instantaneous speed ofpump camshaft is carried out, which indicates that camshaft speed fluctuation is resulted from fuel pumppressure. Based on an elastic torsional vibration camshaft model, time domain charaeteristics and frequency domain characteristics of momentary camshaft speed are analyzed, The relation between speed fluctuation wave and pump presstire profile is revealed. The correlation of speed fluctuation amplitude with injection fuel quantity is established. The results preliminarily show that camshaft momentary speed can beused to diagnose fuel injection process and feedback cylinder by cylinder injection fuel quantity.
