| Abstract: | In this paper, the design of an intelligent transient - fuel - meter and its technical characteristics have been described. on the basis of the weightlessness principle and by means of digital signal processing and according to the conception of transient flow survey, it can automatically and precisely measure the fuel consumption of internal combustion engine. |
