柴油机曲轴整体三维应力精细分析

摘    要:论述了求解大规模工程问题的有限元子结构技术原理,并对16V240ZJ柴油机曲轴进行了整体结构的三维有限元精细计算分析。整根曲轴采用八节点块体元划分网格,共分为三万多节点;将机体与整根曲轴组装在一起建立计算模型,从而实现真正意义上的整体计算;对曲轴连杆颈圆角部位进行了网格加密处理,并分内、外两种圆弧情况,进行了对比,计算结果在实际工作中得到了应用。

Abstract:The principle of sub - structure finite element method(FEM), which can be used to solve the large - scale structure analysis probelm, has been described. The three dimensions stress fine analysis on Model 16V240ZJ diesel engine crankshaft has been conducted by sub - structure FEM. The whole crankshaft was divided into more than 30, 000 nodes by using eight - node element. The calculation model of cylinder block was eastablished tpgether with the crankshaft. The fillet of the crankpin was divided more densely so as to compare the fillet and round. The calculated results have been used into practice.
