柴油机主轴颈运动惯性的理论计算及诊断应用

摘    要:提出了柴油机滑动主轴承轴颈运动惯性的计算方法,通过对主轴颈垂直运动惯性的理论分析和主轴承磨损故障的模拟试验,揭示了柴油机机身侧面冲击振动的仙部激励源及其与柴油机工况,润滑油温度和主轴承间隙的内在联系,提出了一种新的在线监测柴油机滑动主轴承磨损故障的振动诊断方法。

Abstract:A calculation method for moving inertia of diesel crankshaft journal has been proposed.The intemal exciting source of shock vibration on engine body side and its inner relations with engine con-dition, lubricant temperature and main journal bearing clearance have been revealed by theoretical analy-sis on crankshaft axial moving inertia and simulation test on tribological fault of main journal bearing, anew on - line vibration method for monitoring the tribological fault on diesel main journal bearing has beenput forward.
