瘦西湖活水工程泵站测试分析

摘    要:介绍国家级旅游风景区——扬州市瘦西湖活水工程泵站现场测试的内容、方法和特点,采用五孔球形探针测定水泵出水管断面流速分布,积分求得流量,方法简便易行。对测试结果进行分析表明,开机台数增加越多,总流量增加越少,抽送单位流量的功率越大;泵站宜采用少运行台数,长运行时间的运行方案;小流量时长距离输水管内的存气会增加沿程水头损失。

Abstract:The contents, methods and characteristics of the spot test of pumping station in water flowing project of Slender West Lake in Yangzhou City are presented. Five-hole probe is adopted to measure the velocity distribution of the cross section of the pumps' discharge pipes. Discharge is found by integral calculus. This method is simple and easy. The results of test are analyzed, which indicate that the more pumps are operating, the less discharge is increased and the power to transfer the discharge would be increased. A small number of operating pumps and long-time operation are advised. When discharge in the long distance pipe is small, air in the pipe will increase the head losses of the pipe.
