铁矿烧结冷却过程热管式余热锅炉系统的设计与评价

摘    要:为回收一台52m^2铁矿烧结机的冷却过程余热资源,回用于烧结原料的混合和加热过程,实际设计—套基于热管元件的余热锅炉系统。该系统以热管为主要传热元件,以分离式汽化套管为蒸汽发生器,以直立式翅片结构为强化传热手段,使之适应烧结冷却废气的流量、温度和含尘量特点。经过至今约8年的实际运行,该系统几乎可以稳定地提供6t/h的饱和蒸汽,并且对于铁矿烧结过程具有较好的适用性和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to recover the waste heat in a 52m~2 iron-ore sinter's cooling process,and to provide heat in turn for sinter material's mixing and heating,an exhaust boiler system was designed in practice.This system used heatpipe as the main element,separated casing-tube as steam generator,vertical fins as heat transfer strengthening measure,against the characteristics in gas volume,temperature level and dust content in the exhaust gas of the iron-ore sinter's cooling process.For about 8 years operation up to now,almost steadily 6t/h saturated steam has been providing to the sinter process by the system.It is proved the design of the system is aqplicable and beneficial to iron-ore sinter process.
