| 摘 要： | 在建立面向业务主题的数据库，建立统一的数据管理标准的基础上，进一步建立概念数据库标准和逻辑数据库标准，改善和提高数据环境，建立统一的集成化信息系统总体模型，优化、提升已有的应用系统，高效率地建立新一代的信息网络，达到真正意义上的企业管理信息化．

| Abstract: | In order to make the information circulate swiftly, information standardization is the key. Firstly, the database oriented to business theme and unified data management standard must be set up, which includes data element standard, information classification code standard and user view standard. On this basis we should set up the concept database standard and logic database standard, reform and improve the environment of the data, set up the unified integrated overall model of information system, optimize and promote the existing application system, and set up the information network of new generation in high efficiency, leading to the real information-based enterprise administration. |
