郑开通道箱涵斜穿越顶进实时受力分析及应用

摘    要:随着城市交通系统的快速发展,仅依靠地面平面空间已远不能满足人们出行,箱涵下穿越技术越来越多应用在立体交通工程中.与常规正交穿越工程不同,箱涵斜穿越过程受力不对称,且随施工速度、工况不断调整.基于郑州至开封城市快速通道工程,建立了箱涵顶进不同阶段的实时受力分析方法,并对实测数据结果进行比较分析.结果表明,该方法与规范结果接近,与实测顶力误差小于10%,满足工程需要,并有效地解决了箱涵斜穿越顶进难题.

Abstract:This paper presents a real-time force analysis for using box culvert inclined crossing technology in Zheng-kai highway project.Generally,surface transportation is far insufficient for traveling due to the rapid development of municipal transport system.As a result,the box culvert crossing technology has been found more and more application in the overpass system.Different from the conventional orthogonal crossing projects,in the course of box inclined crossing culvert, the force has become unbalanced through construction speed and continuous adjust condition.To understand the real-time force of box inclined crossing culvert,this paper provides a detailed analysis method on different stages.This method has been compared from actual data in the high speed road from Zhengzhou to Kaifeng.And the result is close to the standard,measured errors are lower than 10%,all these may meet the engineering requirement.
