热处理对国产对位芳纶AFS-920结构与性能的影响

摘    要:以国产对位芳纶AFS-920为研究对象,通过热处理装置对芳纶进行增强改性。采用纤维强伸度仪、扫描电子显微镜、同步辐射广角X射线衍射等表征方法,系统地研究了热处理时间、温度、张力对芳纶性能的影响以及结构与性能之间的演变规律。结果表明:随着热处理温度的上升、张力的加大及停留时间的延长,强度和模量均有比较明显的提高然后又下降。最佳的热处理工艺为:处理温度500℃,张力0.3 c N/dtex,处理时间10 s。结构分析发现:无定形区的改善有利于提高纤维的力学性能,模量和强度提高的原因是纤维取向度及结晶度增大。

The Influence of Heat Treatment on the Structure and Performance of Domestic Para-Aramid Fiber AFS-920

Abstract:In this paper, domestic para aramid fiber(AFS-920) was modified by heat-treating facility. Fiberstrength tester, scanning electron microscope, wide angel X-ray scattering with synchrotron radiation andother tests were used to study the structure and properties of the fibers under the heat treatment conditionssuch as time, temperature and tension. The results showed that when the heat treatment temperament rised,tension increased and time extended, strength and modulus increased firstly and then decreased. The bestmechanical property fiber was achieved by heating at 500 ℃ for 10 s and tensing by 0.3 c N/dtex. Structureanalysis found amorphous area improved, which promoted the mechanical properties of fibers. The increasingof orientation degree and crystallinity of fibers were the reason for increasing in modulus and strength.
