摘    要:人格一般被理解为由人的心理、气质、生活习惯等农现出来的一种个性心理特质。文章着重分析了青年员工人格发展的现状、青年员工健康人格的标准、加强对青年员工人格教育和培养的重要意义、途径等问题,以期帮助塑造青年员工的健康人格。

Abstract:Ordinarily, personality is considered as a kind of individual mental characteristic which is shown by psychology, temperament, habits and customs, etc. This paper puts emphasis on the current situation of the development of young employees' personality, the standards of their healthy personality, the significance and ways of strengthening the personality education and training so as to help the young employees to get healthy personality.
