摘    要:针对IEC推荐的电压闪变测量方法设计过程复杂、实现较困难的问题,在采用DSP平台的闪变仪中实现了基于快速傅里叶变换的闪变测量方法,该方法的应用可简化闪变值的计算过程。给出了硬件结构框图及关键步骤之一FFT算法的实现方法。对闪变测量方法的主要环节进行了误差分析并得到校正系数,通过对校正系数的多项式拟合提高了测量精度。实验数据验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:According to the fact that design process is complex and realization is difficult in flicker measurement method recommended by IEC,the method of flicker measurement based on FFT is realized in DSP platform,and it can simplify the calculation process of flicker parameters.Structure diagram of hardware and realization process of FFT,one of the key steps in the method,are presented in this paper.Error of the main links in the method is analyzed and the correction factors are given.Through polynomial fit of the factors,measuring accuracy is improved.The experimental data shows that this method is correct and effective.
