湿式多盘制动器制动噪声建模及其噪声抑制的研究

摘    要:一般来说,车辆的制动噪声与其摩擦材料特性及其结构体的结构形式有关,而湿式多盘制动器产生制动噪声的机理与其摩擦介质的粘滑振动特性有关.为了减弱和消除湿式多盘制动器的制动噪声,本文针对其工作特性,建立了制动时的数学模型,并应用模态分析方法推导出影响制动噪声产生的理论计算公式,由此研究了制动噪声的产生机理、主要原因及影响因素,同时提出了降低制动噪声的具体措施、理论依据及设计准则.

Abstract:Braking noise generally is related to the characteristics of friction material and its structural shape, whereas the mechanism of braking noise from wet multidisk brakes is related to the vibration characteristics of its frictional media. In order to suppress and eliminate the noise of braking from wet multidisk brakes, mathematical model of braking noise is established when a vehicle is braked. Expressions for braking noise on wet multidisk brakes are deduced by means of modal analysis. The mechanism of braking noise is studied, and the main factors of influence found out on the basis of research and experiment. Concrete measures for the prevention or suppression of brake noise are put forward.
