摘    要:导向弯曲试验可以检测试样的多项性能,包括判定焊缝和热影响区的塑性、焊接接头的内部缺陷、焊缝的致密性以及焊接接头不同区域协调变形的能力等.埋弧焊管的常规试验和焊接工艺评定及补焊工艺评定都要进行导向弯曲试验.简要介绍了常用油气输送用管标准对导向弯曲试验的相关规定,分析了埋弧焊管导向弯曲试验过程中出现的正弯和反弯不合格试样的...

Abstract:The guide bending test can inspect many properties of samples,including judging plasticity of weld and HAZ,inner defects of welded joints,weld compactness,coordinating deformation ability of welded joints in different areas.The guide bending test is conducted in the routine tests of SAW pipe,welding procedure qualification test and repair welding qualification test.It briefly introduced the relevant regulations to guide bending tests in commonly applied standards for transporting oil and gas,analyzed various factors of occurring face bend and foot bend unqualified samples during guide bending test,and gave various measures to prevent generating unqualified guide bending.
