摘    要:高职学生在学习方法与知识结构上有自身的特性,了解隐性知识规律尤其是它与高职学生培养之间的有关规律,对高职教育有着重要的指导作用.重点分析高职教育视野中的隐性知识,应通过切实有效的方法及途径,促使学生个体隐性知识的获取及生成.

Discussion on Higher Vocational Education and Theory of Tacit Knowledge
Abstract:Higher vocational students’ knowledge structure and learning mode has its own characteristic,understand the recessive knowledge rules,especially between it and develop vocational students of the relevant laws of higher vocational education,has an important guiding role.Higher vocational education analyzed emphatically the vision of tacit knowledge,should through the effective method and approach to inspire students’ individual recessive knowledge acquisition and production.
