Weak Localization of Electrons on a Helium Surface |

| Abstract: | Weak localization by vapor-atom scattering is studied for electrons on a helium surface. Dephasing times are measured as a function of electron density. The electron-electron collision time is determined. The dephasing mechanism is due to the motion of helium atoms. |
