非离子石蜡乳液的研究

摘    要:选用Span-80、Tween-80和硬脂酸为52^#石蜡复配乳化剂,考察了乳化剂的HLB(亲水亲油平衡)值、乳化剂用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、乳化水用量等因素对石蜡乳化的影响;确定了适宜乳化工艺条件:HLB值为10.385、乳化剂用量为乳液质量的9.80%、乳化温度为75℃、乳化时间为55min和乳化水用量为乳液质量的71.11%。在该条件下可制得稳定的石蜡乳液。

Abstract:Span-80, Tween-80 and stearic acid were used as emulsifier for 52 ^# wax complex. The factors, such as HLB, the quantity of emulsifier, emulsifying temperature, emulsifying time, and emulsifying water, on the quality of the wax emulsion were discussed. The optimum emulsifying conditions were obtained. The results showed that stable wax emulsion can be prepared when HLB is 10.385, the quantity of emulsifier is 9.80% by gross, emulsifying temperature is 75 ℃, emulsifying time is 55 rain, emulsifying water is 71 . 11% .
