| 摘 要： | 研究了低温磷化的控制因素，研究结果表明，影响磷化膜的成膜速率及膜质因素有促进剂、表调剂以及溶液中的Zn^2 ]、PO^3-4/NO^-3、pH值等参数，在低温磷化体系中，Zn^2 ]、PO^3-4/NO^-3、pH之间存在着依赖关系。

| Abstract: | The key factors in low temperature phosphating process have been studied . For the former , three factors , PO 3- 4/NO 3?Zn 2+ ]?and pH , play the most important role in the process when the concentration of Zn 2+ is constant . But for the latter, selecting the accelerator correctly and the use of surface conditioning agent are crux. |
