水泥篦冷机回路优化控制设计及编程实现

摘    要:为了优化篦冷机系统手动调节回路的控制性能和工艺性能,基于DCS的Cimplicity6.0组态软件和Concept2.6编程软件,设计并实现了一段篦速PID、二段篦速比例调节、窑头排风机转速PID、各冷却风机风门开度PID等回路优化控制,并实现手自动无扰切换。经调试和试运行表明:篦冷机系统回路优化控制可有效保障篦床上的料层厚度,使熟料冷却均匀、入窑二次风稳定、篦冷机安全运行,满足工艺要求性能,达到预期优化控制的目标。

Abstract:For purpose of optimizing the control performance and technology performance of the grate cooler system manual regulation loop. Based on Cimplicity 6.0 configuration software and Concept 2.6 programming software of DCS,loop optimization control of the grate cooler first velocity PID,the grate cooler second velocity proportional adjusting,kiln head exhaust fan velocity PID,adjusting valve position PID of cooling machine air damper were designed and realized. Undisturbed switching of manual and automatic control was realized. The results of adjusting and trial operation show that the thickness on the grate cooler bed was supported effectively,cement clinker cooled homogeneous,entered kiln secondary air stability,grate cooler safety running,meet the demand of technological properties,achieve the anticipated goal of optimization control.
