微机化透射式涡流裂纹检测仪

摘    要:介绍透射式涡流探伤原理及微机化透射式电极裂纹涡流检测仪结构组成。利用所设计的计算机硬件和软件将裂纹检测信号用波形表示,可有效地区分边缘、提离和裂纹等不同类型信号,提高了裂纹检测的准确性。

MICROCOMPUTER AIDED EDDY CURRENT INSTRUMENT FOR DETECTING THE CRACKS IN ELECTRODES BY MEANS OF TRANSMITTING-RECEIVING TECHNIQUE
Abstract:The principle of eddy current transmitting receiving technique for detecting the cracks in electrodes and the composition of the microcomputer aided instrument were described. The flaw waveform could be distinguished from those of fringing and lift off showed by means of the hardware and software designed. Accurate detection was realized by the instrument.
