稠油采出水再生回用技术及其应用

摘    要:采用缓冲调节、混凝沉淀、溶气气浮、吸附除硅、粗精过滤和弱酸软化法处理稠油采出水,最终出水可回用作热采锅炉水,实现了稠油废水的资源化,同时还回收了油。该稠油采出水再生回用技术已在辽河油田得到了成功应用,取得了明显的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The effluent from heavy oil recovery was treated by influent equalization, coagulation and sedimentation, dissolved air flotation, adsorption for silica removal, primary and polishing filtration, and weak acid softening processes. The final effluent can be reused as boiler feedwater, so that the resources reuse was achieved and oil was recovered. The reclamation and reuse technology for effluent from heavy oil recovery has been applied successfully in Liaohe Oil Field with remarkable economic, environmental and social benefits obtained.
