煤炭生物脱硫的白腐菌浮选和浸滤研究

摘    要:用正交试验对煤炭生物浮选和生物浸滤脱硫进行了研究,结果证明,白腐菌浮选可有效脱除煤中硫分,但产率偏低;浸滤法确实可行,电化学在线检测白腐菌脱硫氧化峰明显,还原峰回归正常;白腐菌在优化环境中,Fe2+和S2-消耗明显,代谢沉淀物显著,繁殖生长快速,白腐菌脱硫pH值与菌群浓度响应度高,有明显生化脱硫反应发生。

Abstract:An orthogonal test was made for the research on the biological flotation and leaching for coal biological desulphurization.The results showed that the white decay bacterium flotation could effectively remove the sulphur content from coal,but the production rate too low.The leaching is actually feasible.The oxidized peak was obvious and the regression of the reducing peak was normal when the electrochemistry was applied to on line measure the white decay bacterium desulphurization.When white decay bacterium in optical environment,the consumption of Fe~(2+) and S~(2-) was obvious,the metabolized settlings were obvious and the breeding and growing were rapidly.The pH value of the white decay bacterium desulphurization and the bacterium density will be influenced highly and have an obvious reaction in biological desulphurization.
