短切碳纤维复合材料对8mm波吸收性能研究

摘    要:本文研究了不同长度和含量的短切碳纤维复合材料在8 mm波段(26.5~40 GHz)的吸收性能。结果表明,长度为3mm,含量为0.2%的短切碳纤维复合材料在该波段反射率均在-10 dB以下,具有优良的毫米波吸收特性;并探讨了短切碳纤维吸收毫米波的原因。

Abstract:Millimeter wave absorbing properties of reinforced composites with different length and content of chopped carbon fiber are investigated at the bands of 8mm(26.5-40 GHz).The results show that the reflection loss less than-10 dB of the composite filled with chopped carbon fiber of 3 mm length and 0.2%(wt%) content is found in the full frequency range.The reason that chopped carbon fiber absorbs millimeter wave is also discussed.
